Wee Croft Finnsheep Drawing of four sheep

To all of my customers over the last 14 years:

Lots has been happening in my life recently.  Larry and I are getting close to retirement and have purchased a farm in Door County, WI, away from the hustle and bustle of the Milwaukee to Madison corridor.  We are in the process of trying to sell our farm here in Watertown (www.BeachyG.com).  We will be taking all of our animals to the new property, but I have decided to no longer breed my sheep.  They will all live out their days with me and I will have much more time to enjoy them!  I plan to collaborate with Judy Picken of Goat Hill Farm in Brussels, WI and Kris Wierzbinski of Colorfield Farm in Waubeka, WI.  They will purchase my wool and I will work with them to develop knitting patterns in the new Finn wool/mohair yarns they plan to produce.  They will also market roving in natural colors as well as dyed blends, mohair locks, rainbow-dyed yarns, etc.  If you are interested in any of these products, please contact Judy or Kris.

If you are absolutely dying for a Finn fleece, feel free to contact me and I can let you know if I will have any available for sale.  Or you can contact Tracy Sengupta of Firefly Fields.  She has beautiful, jacketed handspinning fleeces in a multitude of colors.

I am sold out of Finn fleeces this year and I want to apologize to those of you I did not contact.  A friend of mine was in desperate need of wool for her business, so I sold the few remaining fleeces to her.

I want to thank all of you for your enthusiasm and support of my Finn wool products and sheep.  I have immensely enjoyed the past 14 years and wish you continued success with your spinning, knitting, and sheep-raising ventures!

Fondly,

Sandy
